about Ken and Lauren
Welcome to our site.
This blog is mostly dedicated to my hobbies: scrapping, stamping and running. I need this mainly because Ken is tired of listening to my ramblings about the perfect bow I just tied, how nutty I am about new paper or techniques that relate to my crafting hobbies. Plus he thinks the whole running thing is a bit crazy!!!
