balance.
To balance all the spooky posts, I figured I would post a birthday card today. The letters are cut using the Cuttlebug Red Tag alphabet. This card was fun and relatively quick to make.
I find that these cards with the big bows are easier to give when you don’t have to put them through the mail. I’ve been trying to use more buttons lately. I did end up buying the Papertrey Ink set, Everyday Button Bits to put those buttons to better use. I was tempted to buy the Holiday Button Bits set but I know I won’t use the stamps that require cutting. LOL.
I used Handwritten Notes to stamp “Happy Birthday” on the inside. The to-do list is getting shorter but, once I start writing down the Christmas stuff, I know it’s going to grow exponentially again. I’m still deciding on treats this year. I need to come up with some non-food related Christmas gifts that are easy. ![]()

This is so pretty in pink Lauren! I love it! Gorgeous bow, and I couldn’t agree with you more about them going through the mail. Too difficult! Can’t wait to see what you do with that button set!

Yay, so pink and cheerful! I love the mixture of upper and lower case letters.
Are the letters cut out of paper, or is it something a little thicker?
They look almost like chipboard.

Cute, Cute, Cute!!!!
To do lists are viral. They keep reproducing more of themselves until we wad them up and throw them away and spend six hours in our craft spaces playing. But they always, always come back.

Adorable! Are the letters cut several times? They look thick. I have finally caved, and send my cards in padded mailers. it cost a fortune, but all my cards are super lumpy, so that’s what I do.
