Holy Moley! I can’t believe that I have blabbered on for 200 posts. Liz over at Getting Crafty tagged me. Thanks Liz!

Ten years ago: Coming home from my freshman year in college at CU-Boulder.

Five things on my to-do list today:

1. Work.

2. Run 3 miles.

3. Work on my mom’s album from my wedding since I now have the photos she wants.

4. Go to watch hubby’s softball game for a bit.

5. Take pictures of my Stamp Something Challenge for tomorrow’s post and make Kim a good luck card!

Snacks I enjoy (summer-time ones): fruit, crackers with cheese and Friendly’s watermelon sherbet roll

Things I would do if I was a millionaire: I have no idea and it’s too depressing to think of what life would be like if I was, so I am refusing to think about it. :)

Places I have lived: Too many places to count.

I will leave you with a funny picture of my cat, Disney today.

find my cat!

My Disney was trying to beat the heat last weekend. He finds the strangest places to curl up. :)

Thank you girls!

Yesterday, I received four blog awards in one day. Must have gotten a group rate or something. :) First, Carla and Tamara gave me this one. They are incredibly crafty ladies. Carla likes to poke fun at my shameless Disney obsession but she creates the most amazing cards. Tamara is a fellow Martha fan who makes the cutest things. After you finishing reading, go check them out!

Arty Award

Thank you Carla and Tamara. You guys are amazing and so encouraging.

Next Denise and Erin awarded me with a You Make My Day award. Denise has a really elegant style! Erin makes fabulous cards with a great look.

Award!

Thank you Denise and Erin. You guys rock!

Now, all of you know I hate passing these off because I don’t want to leave a soul out. But I do have one chica who pushed me over the edge and encouraged me to submit my work. Denise (aka geekgirl415) deserves this award because she is incredibly creative and so spunky too!

Feeling the Love.

Well, I got tagged and received an award. See bottom of post!

I made this card quick last night for my rockin’ MIL who is out for the count right now with a cyst on her back. I feel so bad for her because I know she is incredibly uncomfortable and there isn’t much they can do right now.

get better!

Lesli award me a Make My Day award. Thank you Lesli! I would like to pass this on to anyone who leaves a comment - you make my day.

Make My Day

Katie tagged me. Thanks Katie! So, here are seven weird/random facts about me.

1. My DH and I are two of the newest Disney Vacation Club Members at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort! YAY!

2. I talk to my cats.

3. I have the urge to move to a warmer climate.

4. I love clothes shopping but hate trying things on.

5. I don’t watch much TV.

6. I am a total junk food junkie.

7. I’m not one for passing on tags because I hate to leave anyone out so if you leave me a comment and want to play, consider yourself tagged!

Spreading the Love.

Thank you for all the well wishes. The DH is feeling better. Disney is going to be just fine. I just needed the vet to tell me that. She actually said that it was the dry air in our house that’s giving him the sniffles. I have to throw him into the bathroom when I take a shower to help it. He and Vegas are on L-Lysine to give them an immune boost so it doesn’t turn into anything else.

Amy had tagged me with to list a fact about myself using the letters from my middle name. So, here I go:

L - Learn. I love to learn new things, which will become extremely evident in next week’s posts, if it isn’t already.

E - Enthusiastic. Sometimes too much so. Especially on the night before I go to Walt Disney World.

E - Encourager. Or Enabler. Take your pick. :)

Here is a nugget tin. Deb had recently enabled me to buy more so I have reduced my stash to make way for the new ones. Thank you Deb!

Love Tin

The orientation was new to me. I lined the tin with textured Bazill cardstock on the bottom of the inside. The sentiment is actually a DCWV rub-on that has been in my stash for over 3 years now. Using rub-ons on the tins is really easy and fun. I came to the revelation that I can write anything on these, especially with American Crafts Minimarks. So cool! However, if you use rub-ons the recipient can’t re-theme it for someone else.

Up Close.

Love Tin Elements: Papertrey Ink Limitless Labels and Holiday Treats stamp sets, SU! Pretty in Pink and Real Red Classic Inks, DCWV rub-on sentiment and Basics Ribbon from Michael’s.

Thanks Amy!

When the mail arrived this weekend, I had a little treat.

Amy had sent me this wonderful and very generous RAK. It’s the brand new SU! Catalog, a container with Necco hearts (what can I say, she knows me very well :)), and this beautiful card.

WOW!

Whenever I get a RAK, my husband is always amazed. He thinks that our “subculture” is truly unique. We never hesitate to send something just because or encourage/help each other. The circle of crafting friends is so incredibly altruistic. I am happy to be a part of it all. So, I digress. Thank you again Amy!!!!! You are the bomb.

Amy had also tagged me with another “5 things” so here are a few of my responses:

Five things I’ll never wear again
1. Scrunchies
2. Tight jeans
3. Socks that have separate toes
4. Leggings (includes leg warmers)
5. Overalls

Five of my favorite toys
1. Walt Disney World Annual Pass
2. Cuttlebug
3. Treadmill w/ Nike+
4. Adobe Photoshop CS2
5. Entertainment Center

Five banes of my existence
1. Work - can’t I just craft, why do I need $$$?
2. The Phone
3. Crowds
4. Walmart check-out lines (they really need more open lanes)
5. Cold weather!

If you haven’t been tagged and you are so inclined, please share a few (or five) things about yourself!
